EGO is not in administration, it is their subsidiary Empire Oil Company(WA) Ltd.

Need to check the accounts and public records to see who holds what, I am sure that it affects the processing facility and the production licences, I think from memory it also encompasses all of the exploration permits.

The land that the processing facility is on is not directly impacted as that is held in a separate company however would likely be impacted because companies generally have cross guarantees for their subsidiaries.
