Kit, after many years of seeing SP destruction, numerous bad decisions made by this company we are in a position of rock bottom. The company understand the issues we are in as do holders. Ken clearly recognised and stated that SH's have waited way too long to see any reward. It has been totally unacceptable and they are clearly focused to change market sentiment and encourage holders by a number of means. About time but again they are forced to do this.
Agree the radio interview was excellent and clearly talked about many opportunities which is great, which should have already been done ages ago imo. None of it was new news, it was just regurgitated attempt to stop the huge SP slide and attract a farmin as the company is broke simple as that. They all understand what they have delivered to holders is unsatisfactory and understand due to the many costly past decisions and failures - a farmin is our only survival going forward. I get that and support that, so board get on with it and finally deliver!
I have always believed in the North Basin hence my large investment. However the talk of excitement, unique position of owning 100% again is slightly misleading as the main expected wealth is from 2 wells in Nth, Lockyer and Erragulla which we only own 80%. So how much will be left for us say 40%.
Then Raven 100% will be reduced also by farmins. Now with interest in RG, RGN, Gin Gin West, plant etc , which is interesting, we own this unique 100% here. What will be the farmin dilution and who really cares now, due to our current position we are in? I suspect over 40% we will lose. So our well talked about unique 100% position will certainly be slashed to say 40-50% in these areas. We have no choice but to do this and do this urgently. I personally couldn't care less who owns us, farmin with us etc, all I want to finally see is this board stop bloody talking about excitement and bloody deliver! If they do as planned then we will restore holder support and an increase in SP, finally after 4 yrs we might see 40-60c. But all holders over $1.50 from when they came in will never see a profit unless averaging down, time is right ATM for that imo.
I expect all these wells etc done this year as planned, will not talk sheet any longer re our team etc as they will never understand how much of a failure they are in my eyes. They simply went down the wrong road at the wrong time! IMO they have caused the majority of our problems we are in, not the global market excuses and negative holders comments, as gas has been going up not down like oil did. 80% revenue from gas which is contracted, 20% from oil again contracted so stop the bleeding BS re global factors. Own up to your mistakes and get on with unlocking success. I expect my money back and believe it can happen if we get on with it.
However I will never understand why they never focused on what was promised and planned 3 yrs ago. If they had done what was expected in the first place, we wouldn't be in this farmin fire sale position and all holders and market wouldn't see this company for what it currently is and that imo has been a huge failure on many fronts.
Has the forced poor cash position finally woken our team up now and realised that AGM coming and what can we tell holders after 1 strike. Please farmin's save us all as we are all currently doomed, sad position to be in isn't. Anyway move forward and lets all hope success happens sooner than later as this company struggles to deliver anything for it's holders, maybe with a new large partner being involved they bring much needed skills that we obviously need. Hopefully happier days ahead.
So my message to Ken would be is start delivering and unlock value to every holder, you and team have let us all down. I will not post any negative posts and support the plan. But if I am sitting here in coming weeks/months and nothing happens then sentiment will change. Please do not disappoint again and bloody well deliver. As I believe in the north and couldn't care about RG area. Drill the wells get SP to 50c and I am out of this messed up stock for good.
Ken drill, drill, drill and stop talking, just sell our big % to farmin and get on with it. Last negative from me, which I have every right to be piss#d off with Ken, you exactly know I know what has gone wrong so lets build a bridge and promise what you say. Time is ticking and you have a few months to put this talk into action NOT another 5 yr bloody plan!!!!!
