The announcements says;


"This envelope will contain a pre-completed blue proxy form with the “FOR” box crossed for each of the five resolutions. It also appoints Mr Iannello as your proxy for the meeting.
To vote in favour of the proposed resolutions to change the Empire Board, shareholders will simply need to sign at the bottom of the form as marked and return it using the pre-addressed stamped envelope provided."
