My 5 cents worth.......The unfortunate situation Empire find itself in, in regard to
borrowings is that the terms of their loan from ERM are in the public....Why wouldn't
a prospective lender try to achieve the same results albeit in a different way....
However in this case without being privy to repayment schedule, only the
interest repayments seem to be released it may well be that Empire is debt free
in two years or have to refinance a smaller loan if they can't meet time frame...
Give time for something to work, the ink was barely dry on the ann and there
was a full blown attack on the board which has virtually continued all day....
We need help, we are not in the drivers seat, beggars can't be choosers, the stock
is worth way more $30M....
