You still don't have me convinced. You talk a lot of words but no details. Which contracts did Cirrus take off Empired? I don't see any evidence of that. I see two IT service companies, we can agree on that much but the services offered are very different. Whether one is going up and the other down on this or that metric is irrelevant to market share if they aren't competing for the same work.
