I'm just going to add....I'll be voting for all resolutions at the AGM except this one...Resolution 6.
Mr Downey is a Non-Exec.....if he likes the company story so much he can put his hand in his pocket, show some faith to the market, and purchase his stock with his own money.
We, as shareholders owe him nothing except his Directors fees, and I'm not giving him a free loan.
There are plenty of capable Non-exec's out there. He needs no incentive imo.
