Yeah all upside for the recipients, almost in the money!! Anyway I’m not overly against it if they do a good job leading to higher SP. I go however think $0.052 is way too cheap!! It says to me they don’t have faith in their job and the company. Should have been something more like $0.15! It’s like getting options but you don’t have to pay for them if they get into the money, you just throw the Company a crumb if they take off then sell. But it’s a good motivator!!
