See now that's just crazy, getting issued shares without hitting the performance criteria is absurd! Here's over $1.2Mil for NOT hitting targets that benefit the shareholder. That's phenomenal.
The whole reason performance markers are linked to Share Price and not Market Capital is to ensure shareholders benefit from the incentive.
