    Yes 1st 8c comes to the company etc etc, but hardly any performance incentive built in......just hang around and each year you get 3-5m shares and those shares will be on the company loan account

    15m shares at 4c is ~ AUD 600k......you get a salary and also the option that is in the money if the price hits 8c......if it doesn't, it seems you can walk away with no financial impact to you
