Good analysis
some options as to why?
1. Fair value is less than market value
2. Transfer of wealth from shareholders to option holders
3. Incentive for people to work harder.. which is strange considering most big company like amazon will issue options at today's price and employee shouldn't be able to cash until like 12month this will make them work harder and improve the company.. becoz this will incentivise people to work toward $1 or maybe $2 valuation...
maybe good question for the next virtual meeting...
