I've been a RUL holder for the last 2.5 years. Starting to get the distinct feeling that this is one of those companies where its much more fruitful being an employee than a shareholder.... buybacks are essentially negated by the Employee Share option plan and any increase in profits paid out as bonus' to senior management.
I may give it another 6 months or so but starting to lose my patience with this one.
