Relax guys.
Loans were created and shares issued but not delivered in 2010 at a strike price of 36cents.(fair price at the time)
These were to Chairman (M Etheridge) and Director (D Holden) who have since both resigned.
It is just a accounting entry now.
Loans struck off books and shares cancelled.
No money changed hands.
Hope this clears it up.
