Why were these two given a 12 month termination notice period...

Why were these two given a 12 month termination notice period when their contracts only require a 6 month notice period ?

Are all the other high paid bludgers and blood suckers still hanging around ?

And what about this Victor Li.
He was appointed General Manger in China in October 2021 - a KMP position. In 3 months he earned $21,000 a month.
On 1st January 2022 he ceased being a KMP, meaning his salary was no longer disclosed.
On 25 August 2023 $642,000 was paid to BEST in China.
On 31 August 2023 Victor Li left. Now Will Li (any relation ?) is legal rep in China.
On 27 October 2023 $4.650.000 was paid to BEST in China.
And now the company has to try and get the money from China - they received previous payments - what's the problem ???
