Exactly! Which Bullz Eye shareholder would want to withdraw their acceptance of the EMR offer??? You’d have to a strange thinking unit! As has been noted, the higher the EMR share price, the higher the implied purchase price!
A second supplementary bidder’s statement must be sent out. The Bullz Eye shareholders must be notified of their withdrawal rights and the date by which they must notify EMR of their intention to withdraw.
EMR smartly offers the lure of BE shareholders receiving their EMR shares within 2 days!
A fortnight will reveal plenty! It’s coming to a head it seems!
After this offer has concluded, the company can then drill like demons at Memot and the BE tenements.
