In the last two rounds of Bullzeye fund raising (dec '22, Mar '23), part of the use of funds was stated as repaying loans from EMR. I'd need to check the announcements but I think it was $3-4M each time. Another round of Bullzeye fundraising had been flagged for May/June, but the settlement/takeover took precedence. So with no other incoming funds, I'd suggest that some of the apparent shortfall in on-hand cash+bullion is as a result of EMR funds having been loaned to Bullzeye. It's possible there has been a couple of loans at this stage.
