VMC Market Cap 1/3 rd of RXL confirmed.
Mr Market acknowledges RXL assets outside the JV have greater value.
That's a fair assessment in my opinion.
However, all the value currently in the 30/70 JV but should we have success in a 50/50 tenement that will all change to the better for VMC holders.
