    They don't need to advise when they sell the 25M shares in RXL as they are not a substantial holder.

    The other 41 M plus shares haven't been issued yet and are subject to RXL shareholder approval.

    No mention of the value of listed investments in the last Quarterly Cash Flow report.

    Sadly I think they have already been cashed in.
