At 21.5c a share, VMC has a market cap of 33m$ which is only a 7m$ increase compared to pre-announcement.
At 5.3c a share, Rox has a market cap of 106m$, which is a 58m$ increase compared to pre-announcement.
If it was proportional to ownership, VMC would have seen an increase of 25m$ before even considering their share holding in RXL, equating a market cap of 51m$ and a share price of 34c.
The trading volumes are incredibly low in comparison, I have no idea why the market isn't waking up to this. Just need a little bit of patience I guess.
Thankfully the RXL half of my holding is nicely up.
