You forgot to mention the absence of a lowest Cost Quartile claim in that peer announcement. Maybe because they are going back to a Feasibility Study stage.

You also forgot that: the QLD peer.
- The low grades and low resource cut-off grade needed at Sconi to make up a 30 year LOM do NOT support the financials for an MHP production model, So they backtracked and returned to Sulphate AGAIN to increase the return because the value add helps the economics.

Furthermore: the QLD peer.
- There is still a need to expand the resource to improve the economic viability, this requires a new exploration focus and back to basics drill campaign. Very costly.

More importantly: the QLD peer.
- The Environmental Impact study is incomplete and that will take until December 2025 to complete.

Then a final nail: the QLD peer.
The QLD government has removed its Prescribed Project Status and terminated its Jobs and Regional Growth Fund eligibility.

Management Estimate that, the QLD peer.
Will begin production in Q1 2028, almost 6 years +- from now.
