“EMVision” is pleased to advise that the Company has received a cash rebate of $2,586,350 from its R&D tax incentive claim for the financial year ending 30 June 2023 and triggered a $600,000 non-dilutive milestone payment.
The Australian Federal Government’s R&D Tax Incentive Program provides a cash refund on eligible research and development activities performed by Australian companies.
EMVision has achieved an important milestone under its Project Agreement with the Australian Stroke Alliance (ASA), which is funded by the Commonwealth of Australia's Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF), "Algorithm validation study – patient enrolment completed". EMVision has submitted the required documentation to the ASA to trigger a further $600,000 non-dilutive milestone payment.
