Confirmation is ambiguous, determination may have been a better word.
I envisage:
1. the First Responder will be used to take a scan when paramedics or doctors first encounter the patient.
2. The scan will be transmitted to relevant specialists who will determine whether the scan records that the injury is a bleed or a clot
3. The specialist will "confirm" their determination to the doctors or paramedics who are with the patient.
4. The doctors or paramedics will administer the relevant drug prior to or at the initial stages of the patient evacuation.
