I understand what you mean and I get your point. I am just not sure that in a feesability trial the Paramedics would be able to act on the results on Gen 2. I suspect they will use this for workflow purposes and checking how it integrates with what they do and then the scans will be later compared with the gold standard. However, this means that patients may suffer and this is where it gets interesting. I truly hope they can administer medication on the result of Gen 2 scans on this trial but I am not sure they will.
