the clinical setting for trip management and guidance is extremely important. if I remember the tga decision wasn't about full access but I think more like the schedule 3 access we have with cannabis (sign off / MOH approval). what makes this unique in Australia is that due to it being scheduled 3 you can use it for RWD as everyone else has to do proper trials. that's where we have landed with tga. trials only. no early feedback.
