Hey Guys,

I am interested in this announcement by EMD today.

I must be upfront here and advise that I am an IHL investor, Incannex may or may not also take advantage of the TGA down-scheduling from S9 to S8 of psilocybin and MDMA.

So my interest is two-fold,
1. The mechanics of how EMD will go about their strategy re: TGA - MDMA for PTSD
2. Give me some insight into how IHL might approach their strategy re: TGA - Psilocybin for GAD.

Questions for experienced EMD posters
Will EMD be relying on any Human Clinical Trial Data that has been conducted by EMD (into MDMA for PTSD) ?
or
Is EMD relying on just Real World Data without any of their own Clinical Trial Data? (I am not aware of EMD trial status ATM)

I am unsure how the TGA will handle this, likewise for IHL
