Why choose the ASX ?
Why not LSE, TSX or OTC ???
Why not access venture capital if available ???
IMO the ASX market liquidity was the reason to list. Looking at the liabilities the need for significant capital is always a concern.
I'm actually surprised it was allowed to list considering its financial position (liabilities) pre IPO.
I'm interested to see half yearly report following the 3B creditor payments and how much improvement has been made to the EN1 financials.
