Don’t get me wrong, I like the business, otherwise I wouldn’t have spent 2-3 hours researching it on the back of the first move and plonking down c.$15k at 2.8c. I’m just a little concerned about the revenue announcements and the lack of clarity in the after market announcement. If they hit these targets and they are sustainable level of revenues then I think we are all on a winner here. However if they don’t hit them and the revenue, alone with the industry leading margins aren’t sustainable then this could come back a bit. Looking through the financials in detail also raises a number of concerns for me as a Chartered Accountant. Do I see upside value at 4c. At this point with the information available to me I have to say no. Further down towards CN pricing (c.3.1c) I’d feel more comfortable increasing my parcel back up.
