    How convenient to have another month long technical issue which effected earnings and resulted in missing out on $450k worth of revenue. It has taken them an entire month to inform the shareholders and to try and fix it?Why so long? Starting to understand why they have taken months to fix their website..

    These excuses are starting to mirror the "dog ate my homework" excuses. Always something. Always not their fault.
