    Several thing's could be improved.

    Oversells everything... Reminds me of a used car salesmen.

    Other poster's have stated reason's as to why... There is many. I suggest re-reading everything.

    You need to take in the negative side better here... In this case the negatives are a reality and many of these poster;s are trying to help out with factual information.

    I personally struggle to believe a single word Ted says at this point... That's a big red flag for mine.
