Looks like Ted is trying to pump for the CR with two announcements this week!
With 3M in cash and 2M burn last qtr and 2.6M in loans that they will need to pay back to retire this loan they will need to raise money to pay out Alto.
But that's okay Ted still got paid over 1,700,000 last year despite the shocking performance the company has had going from 25c to 0.4c within years...
Start up that printing press as the CR is coming as Ted cannot even pay the staff their pays and has to issue them shares without disclosure.
Which is about $400,000 in bonuses...
