No I would not buy now, would need to see some genuine figures of a turn around, not just more fluffy agreements signed that do not deliver. Lost track of how many agreements signed that was going to lead to a large increase but it never comes. It is like they release a signed agreement every now and then in an attempt to pump up the share price but I think most people are aware now it is all smoke and mirrors.
