My thoughts are this increases the value of marketing and demand for advertisements through these mediums due to the additional consumer time. This could offset any decrease in marketing expenditure on the vendor front? All assumptions on both our ends.

Online shopping etc has boomed during these times and alot of these adverts are generally for other apps or things to purchase online. Just some food for thought.
