Yes, you're right, MSG is an anomaly, in that it is one of the very few small cap companies that actually know how to run a profitable business. The rest of the small caps (like EN1) have never seen net profits. When they first ran out of cash they listed on the ASX, and now they continue to issue shares to keep afloat, similar to the US Government printing dollars.
What does having a small MC and large income with a small profit prove? It proves the existence of a company that knows how a business should be run.
But, it appears many holders of small caps on the ASX, like you, actually like losing money and enjoy being in the red, so don't let me stop you.
