So again how is it that EN1 are in such dire straights that they need government assistance

The simple answer is at that at revenue of 1.2M they are losing 300K a month and need 2M to breakeven on a monthly basis.

So I dont believe that they could get finance in the current environment.

The ZCS facility cannot be drawn on with ZCS approval.

In the current environment ZCS are not going to give approval especially with the alternative PPP being available.

In a few months if Revenue's are back above 2M then ZCS financing wont be a issue. If not then they might get a second round of PPP
