I see it the opposite - they bought the Aus business last year for $2.5m and just sold UK for $8.2m. Unless you believe the Aus business is worth 4x what they paid a year ago, it's a negative read-through relative to today's market cap and the % of GWP they sold their UK business for is a fraction of the valuations some (including management themselves) were using to justify their belief the company was significantly undervalued by the market.
