Yeah no idea. I'm frustrated mgmt have just let the price slide down. In the bottom drawer now, was expecting much more news than this, been 2 months since proposed acquisition and they're still doing the due dil. Most coys get DD done in couple weeks. Anyways, good potential projects so I will continue to hold.
