I agree, It also keeps us under the radar and gives us a chance to allocate capital elsewhere. If we own 100% we have to run it technically, so 49% and letting someone maintain operational control is better for now. 100% owned asset in Australia at full production, half an asset in the US at reasonable capacity would be a good outcome over a few years. Once these assets are up and we are storing U and selling some we will be able to expand aggressively and roll up other opportunities. The Investor presentation Boss laid out was pretty much the best strategy for this business.
