    For a non-scientific person, is the below understanding correct?

    Disease control - Not getting worse, but not getting better
    Partial response - Some improvement to the disease
    Complete response - Disease eradicated

    Secondly, is this common to see in phase 1 dose escalation studies? Where we may progress from disease control to pr/cr as dosage is upped?

    Finally, would we have expected the disease to progress negatively in these patients in the absence of receiving this dosage? If so, is this an initial clue on efficacy?
