It makes a lot of sense to make the 'lesser' announcement first since it gives people a chance to buy in before any large increase in SP resulting from a top drawer announcement (which may not be the case, need to wait and see).
Personally, I bought 400k today but had to sell something else first. I was delighted that I got it at 9.3c - alsolutely fantastic.
