psi old chap, there still seems to be some ambiguity to me. for example the report says quote The well air-drilled into the objective Heavitree Formation at a depth of 2,140 metres unquote. it does not say that the heavitree was air drilled so far as i see. and i seem to recall a poster referring to a call for heavier mud (blackrainbow??)at about the time the objective would have been reached though he gave no indication what he based that on. and also to my understanding you usually require mud or some fluid in the hole for running logging tools. and it does seem that some were successfully run before whatever happened out there. and if there was mud in the hole then maybe the flow rates refer only to limited intervals and could be additive. but if air drilled throughout, what you say is fine. then only mudded up for the logging. trust this helpful.
