You already bought them back?
In 2018 Dr Michael Ruane , well known WA mining entity, started buying shares and so far he has not stopped. (He currently owns more than 276 million shares. [ref])
He dumped the old board and is now chairman, with Sean Richardson as MD (SR has also been buying shares for years)
He loaned ERL money to buy shares in NTM a while back. I don’t know if it has been repaid or what interest rate he is charging.
NTM was recently incorporated into Daclan (DCN) and now ERL owns around 2.7% of Daclan (something under 17M shares i think at coat of less than 9c each )
ERL is doing its own stuff as well.
It sold Penny’s Find gold mine along the way but I think it gets a royalty on gold produced by the new owners.
