When deciding if a CR is good/bad, find the answers to these questions:
- What is the purpose of the CR?
- What can the extra capital do for the company? Growth expectations?
- What has the company done with previous CRs? Did they achieve the purpose of the CR then?
- What is the current cash position/burn rate of the company? Is this CR to just survive or to thrive?
