I am pleased that we are doing a raise. I had suggested we would need one recently and got shown the door because of the grant. Anyway, this derisks any chance we don’t win the grant and helps the company accelerate their plans. Nothing wrong with a good CR for a company with excellent capital allocators and achievers.
