@Greenandgold93 so many of these credit raises seem to result in SP dropping to cap raise levels - almost seems as certain as night follows day.
However - there are exceptions. I'm sure others could reference examples - but the most recent for me is PAR - the placement was priced at $1.30 per share which represented a 23.1% discount to the previous trading price of $1.69 per share
The lowest it got was $1.44 - and is now back above $3.00
Given how tightly held EMV is - it will be fascinating to watch. Any drop should see those in the know pick up 'bargains' along the way - so, yes, it would be rude not to scoop up.
