I doubt we GCR shareholders could even call it "an attempted takeover" and in the early stages HQ Mining they were talking about "a possible takeover"
When does a possible or attempted takeover actually mean a real takeover?. It has been possible to buy GCR on market for .07 cents in any case and some have been more than willing to buy on market at that price and or above.
It seems to me that Chinese interests want to get Copper Hill and GCR for a pittance and all HQ's plans have failed so far and in my opinion, from hereon, their chances of gaining 50.1% are diminishing rapidly.
They should stop thinking about their own self interests and respect ALL AUSTRALIA shareholders!!!
HQ have had an opportunity to step up to the mark with a respectable offer but not even .15 cents cash offer on the table would be entertained by me.
Too many times this has been the opportunistic way with some Australian juniors and GCR is no exception here.
Open up those gold and cash bags you seem to talk about and give us something definitive to think about.
The AGM next week will be most interesting and lets hope we don't see any dummy spitting on the part of HQ when the votes are in.
I truly hope all GCR voters have voted on the yellow form by now as the deadline i think is Monday.
