Nice.
I have no idea if this can be done cost effectively but hydroxide is a nice easy reagent.
Suck the K out of the orthoclase, get left with a pure alumino silicate (for ceramics).
Now you have KOH, precipitate the K and get back to OH to use again to get some more K.
Assume grinding and heating will be the main cost in processing. Grinding to a fine powder is always expensive.
