I can imagine a 1st stage crush to passing 5mm or so (based on majority orthoclase crystal size) then passing through an optical bulk ore sorter to isolate orthoclase into the product stream for further processing. This initial step should be less than $50 a tonne but produce >95% orthoclase for further processing. The further processing could be completed near cheap energy sources.
