Its too risky too buy ant too risky too sell. It`s probably the best to wait, have some cash and see what happens.
Too risky to sell, as any positive announcement can raise the share price ( especially when fee float is so low)
Too risky to buy, because if the nukes are used we`re, as investors in deep sh.t. The market will collapse and it would be good to have some spare cash to buy some decent companies.
So do nothing seems reasonable to me
