    I think the company is trying to wait for a $$$ contract to be signed before relisting. Maybe even get some of the top 20 holders to do a CR at a premium again to allow them to avg down before relisting at $1

    Surely Bill will happily throw in another 6 -10 million at $1 to 1/2 his avg
