Rare Earths summary is pretty easy:

    - HAS.ax is a soon-to-be $1B rare earths producer

    - its deposits are right next to DRE's targets and looks like all part of the same cluster of deposits

    - DRE might have less, same, or more tonnage/rare earths on its side of the fault

    - DRE's side should be of the same quality but could be slightly lower or higher quality (metallurgy so far indicating that it is/could be better on the DRE side)

--> so, how much is DRE's side worth to a $1B producer, or if DRE chooses to go it alone?

    - HAS.ax has the best quality rare earths in the world, due to its high NdPr content:

    - which equates to most/90% of its revenue being from NdPr:

    - which gives it the best basket price per kg in the world:

    - which gives it the best operational margins in the world:

And DRE has potentially the same/better on its side of the fault.

That's the Rare Earths side of DRE!

    Cheers,
