The issue with many of Austtslia's junirs, and globally, is the lack of really hard nosed "get it done" characters in positions to get it done. Some have degrees to make a compass envious but their business sense is lacking. Too many "opportunities lost" is not putting the future on a stable footing. Junior miners do seem to have abysmal communication with the SH basr and therein lies the issue of lack of trust.
